Hi Beth,
I have been dealing with feeling the presence and seeing them in my dreams. As child I suffered from severe anxiety of the dark because I felt something out of the ordinary I also struggled with nightmares. Now I’m 23 and kind of still suffer from it. It’s just that now I think I have an idea of it. Am I a medium and how can I tell? – Danielle

You are indeed both a medium and an empath. You are also describing natural clairvoyance.
